• feeling the need for solitude to recharge
• being around people drains one of their energy

- occurrence

• happens after prolong periods of hyper-socialism*
• differs in frequency from people to people
• note: some people might be naturally immune to it

- cure

• spend a few days alone, away from civilisation
• hang out at home, no phone calls as distractions
